Project Summary
The project consisted of the design and construction of a new 130,920 SF Fine Arts Center and 250 space underground parking structure. The Center houses the Art and Music Departments of the College of Arts and Sciences. Specific program spaces include an art gallery, recital hall, art history auditorium, dance studios and instructional spaces. The Center is envisioned as a fully accessible, naturally-lit multi-level structure with an interactive concourse and houses state-of-the-art technological and multi-media facilities requiring audio, visual and security systems design incorporation.
