Project Summary
This two phase project consisted of the renovation of the existing 500,000 GSF E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse and construction of a 350,000 GSF Annex. The first phase included construction of the Annex. Upon completion of the Annex, migration from the existing facility into the Annex occurred. The second phase consisted of the renovation of the existing Courthouse. During both phases the courthouse remained operational.
