Project Summary
Project consisted of the renovation of an existing reinforced masonry school building, which is approximately 40,000 SF. This major renovation included the analysis and design of demolition work; a new ADA compliant elevator structure; foundation design for a new pre-engineered building; a new entrance and canopy for the existing building; and analysis and strengthening design of the existing roof and floor structures for new mechanical equipment.
