Project Summary
In conjunction with Virginia Department of Transportation on an emergency services contract administered by the federal government prompted by the damage produced by Hurricane Isabel, Alpha Corporation provided debris clean-up, removal and disposal oversight, monitoring and fiscal accounting procedures for FEMA and FHWA administration.
