Project Summary
This project involved the pre-planning, design, construction, and fit-out of a 15,000 SF recreation center. Major elements of the new facility include a gymnasium and offices. Work included demolition of the existing site structures, and construction of a new masonry and glass building with mechanical, plumbing, elevator and electrical systems.
