Project Summary
This $20 million project consisted of the construction and renovation of the Loudoun County Courts Complex. The project involved approximately 90,000 SF new construction of a three-story steel frame, brick facade structure which houses the Courtroom, Judges Chambers, Clerks, Parking and temporary holding cells along with approximately 70,000 SF of renovation to two existing onsite structures.
