Project Summary
This contract involved providing cost management and construction consulting support to GSA for the construction or renovation of facility upgrades of over 40 GSA-owned office buildings, many with historic significance, in the Washington area. Work included extensive historic preservation, interior build-out work, furniture installation, elevator upgrading, fire protection systems, security systems and HVAC. Representative projects included the Federal Trade Commission Building; Department of Justice Building; Liberty Loan Building; and the Francis Perkins Building.
