Project Summary
The project consisted of a two-story, $34 million passenger cruise terminal facility. Project features included a land based 27,000 SF entry pavilion; a two-story bridge accessing the main terminal with the upper level fixed, and the lower level movable to allow entry into the marina at the terminal; and a 78,000 SF, two-story main terminal building constructed on a pier foundation in the harbor.
