Project Summary
The Curtis Center is a 14-story historic structure located in central Philadelphia. This $3.5 million project involved the tenant fit-out of more than 110,000 SF of occupiable space. The scope of work included the demolition of existing finishes, walls, ceilings and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; installation of new walls, ceilings, and finishes; installation of central computer room; installation of conference rooms and training facilities; and installation of new mechanical, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
