Project Summary
This $6.9 million project involved reconstruction of the 0.49-mile stretch along Route 15 at I-64 (exit 136) into the first diverging diamond interchange in the state of Virginia, constructed under extremely heavy traffic volumes. This design-build project included the most complicated maintenance of traffic plan found within the Culpeper District at the time.
