Assignments have included roadway/pedestrian/walkway/parking lot design; stormwater management design; utility delineation, survey and design; field survey; permitting coordination with local agencies; and facilities improvements for housing, office and maintenance facilities.

Construction management support and project controls services including development of schedules, review and analysis of progress schedules, evaluation of construction performance, cost control, field documentation for the Pentagon Renovation Program, as part of a construction management team.

Civil/structural engineering for a new 18,000-square-foot facility to house USCG personnel relocated from Governor’s Island, NY as a result of the BRAC program. Included design of temporary trailers, temporary utilities and a new parking lot to support operations until construction of the permanent facility was complete.

Assignments have included surveys, studies, technical reports, cost estimates, preliminary and final design, specifications and construction consulting for repair, renovation, upgrading or replacement of systems for various types of buildings, utilities, security and non-security fencing, stormwater management, anti-terrorism upgrades, roadways, parking lots and storm drain studies.
