Construction management, inspection and CPM scheduling for a new interchange that included construction of a 1,600-foot flyover bridge; widening and refurbishing of three bridges; widening of Route 7 and Route 15; and construction of four ramps. Work included paving, structures, signalization, drainage, earthwork, maintenance of traffic and utilities.
