Alpha Corporation has been awarded a five-year construction management services contract by the National Park Service (NPS). Under this Contract Alpha will be providing the full-range of project and construction management services, from pre-construction to post-construction, for a variety of facilities and infrastructure projects, ranging in cost from under $1 million to tens of millions of dollars in construction value. These services may be provided at various NPS sites throughout the United States, District of Columbia, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
This is Alpha’s fourth consecutive five-year term serving the NPS under this contract. This follows a 15-year CM service to NPS that has included hundreds of assignments at various park and historic sites throughout the U.S., supporting a construction program well in excess of $1 billion in new construction, renovation, rehabilitation or maintenance.
