Project Summary
This project consisted of the construction of a new roadway extension of existing Norbeck Road from its intersection with Layhill Road (MD 182) to its connection with existing Spencerville Road (MD 198) a distance of approximately 3.2 miles. The extension also included two new bridges and a double box culvert.
