Alpha Corporation names key leadership roles for two company veterans focused on fostering continued growth.
Mike Pampalone, PE, PMP has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer.
In this role, he will be responsible for spearheading the growth of Alpha’s sales across all markets, enhancing revenue and profitability, and overseeing the Sales and Marketing departments. Mike will deliver strategic leadership by formulating a comprehensive growth strategy, identifying opportunities to secure new business, exploring new market developments, and facilitating the recruitment of top talent to achieve the organization’s objectives. His demonstrated leadership will guarantee that Alpha’s clients receive outstanding service while ensuring the continued expansion of Alpha’s market share.

Jason Backover, CCM, has been appointed as Senior Vice President.
In addition to expanding our presence in Maryland, Jason will maintain his role in providing strategic vision and leadership across the firm and within various service lines. He will also oversee the Maryland Office and contribute to the development of both federal and local markets. Jason’s strategic insight, exceptional commitment to client service, and leadership will continue to drive growth in Maryland, the National Park Service, Northern Virginia local clients, and beyond.
