The Deanwood Community Center and Library is a 60,000 SF joint-use facility which was the first of its kind for the District of Columbia. The Center supports both educational and indoor/outdoor recreational activities and includes an aquatic center with a 25 meter swimming pool, a full court gymnasium, and a library with computer rooms. Alpha Corporation provided design and constructability review services.
