Alpha Corporation is pleased to announce the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Capital Health Care Network (VISN 5) Contract Award as sub-consultant on the winning Ernest Bland Associates (EBA) Team. The VISN 5 includes VA Medical Centers located in Martinsburg, WV; Washington, DC; and Maryland. Alpha will be providing civil and structural engineering, as well as cost estimating services on a variety of healthcare facility projects as well as energy projects throughout the VISN 5 Region.
