Project Summary
The DC General Hospital’s Ambulatory and Critical Center (ACC) was a 100,000 SF medical facility including emergency, intensive and general care facilities. The services provided by this Center included surgical, obstetrics, psychiatrics, ophthalmology, radiology, dental and general medical with overnight patient rooms. The Center was equipped with a fully functional laboratory and pharmacy. Following completion of construction, the General Contractor, claimed additional costs resulting from delays and changes in the scope of work. Alpha provided claims analysis and developed an as-built construction schedule.
