Project Summary
The Beauregard Street Parking Garage is located on the Northern Virginia Community College Alexandria Campus. The parking garage is comprised of three levels constructed of precast double tee beams supported on cast in place columns and walls. The existing third level of the parking garage exhibited visual signs of concrete deterioration and was in need of repair. A structural evaluation of the existing structure was performed and design documents were provided for the structural repairs.
