Project Summary
Burj Khalifa is considered one of the tallest buildings in the world and is the centerpiece of the 500-acre master development downtown, located just west of the Dubai International Financial Center. The height of the building is measured at 818 meters and the tower has 162 floors supporting a mixed-use facility with residential, commercial, and office spaces. Alpha Corporation was retained by the joint venture’s dispute resolution consultant to evaluate the validity of delay claims raised by the master development project owner subcontractors. Alpha Corporation reviewed contemporaneous contract documentation and conducted discovery interviews to determine the factual details of each delay issue raised.
