Construction Management for Various U.S. Federal Government Facilities – General Services Administration, Region 6

Project Summary

The General Services Administration (GSA) manages over 8,300 owned and leased U.S. Federal Government facilities, totaling over $500 billion in asset value. In support of GSA’s efforts to manage these facilities, Alpha Corporation was awarded a multi-year construction management services contract for GSA’s Region 6 serving Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Projects include new facility construction, renovations and/or expansions of existing buildings, and new site infrastructure installations and improvements. Facility types include office buildings, courthouses, law enforcement/detention centers, and warehouses. Project values range from $250,000 for small fit-out renovations, up to $11 million for new facilities and infrastructure upgrades.
