Project Summary
This $400 million design-build project included access roads to Old Courthouse Road and U.S. Route 1; southbound access slip ramp and northbound exit flyover ramp; six new bridge structures; comprehensive traffic management system (TMS) including intelligent transportation system (ITS) components; electronic toll collection systems and supporting infrastructure; three new toll gantries; signage and ITS enhancements on approach roadways to I-95; and soundwalls along the I-95 corridor and connecting roadways.
