Project Summary
This new center comprised the gathering of multiple county and state agencies to leverage unprecedented communication and cooperation capability for the Northern Virginia region. Part of the overall West Ox Complex, the first phase focused on construction of the MPSTOC and a forensics facility. Cost for the entire complex is estimated at $250 million.
