Project Summary

The contract encompassed new construction, demolition and renovation to existing National Park Service facilities, including historic structure rehabilitation and adaptive use. Specific facility types include visitor centers, exhibit spaces, administration buildings, lighthouses, historic residences, maintenance facilities, picnic areas, roads, trails, and parking areas.

Major projects included the Gateway Arch National Park, St. Louis, Missouri; Jefferson Memorial Seawall Restoration, Washington, DC; Reconstruction of Turf and Soil at the National Mall, Washington, DC; Life Safety Upgrades in the Statue of Liberty National Monument, New York, NY; Flight 93 National Memorial, Shanksville, PA; and the Rehabilitation of Independence Hall Tower, Philadelphia, PA.
