Project Summary
The Ocean Towers project, Phases III and IV, involved constructing five towers, with each tower containing 8-11 levels inclusive of residential condominiums, first floor retail space, and two-level parking garages. Construction also included connecting five new towers to the original structure, relocating existing facilities, installing new site utilities, and protecting adjacent structures that required continuous settlement and stress crack monitoring.
