Project Summary
This contract has involved providing technical design reviews of 35%, 50%, and 95% complete construction documents to confirm the following: conformance to DGS Procedures Manual for Professional Services; completeness and constructability; coordination of design information; inclusion of required support material; compliance with approved scope of work; and incorporation of previous review comments. Reviews have been completed for a variety of public school facilities throughout Maryland including Lothian Elementary School Replacement, Anne Arundel County; Hereford High School Addition/Renovation, Baltimore County; Allegany High School Replacement, Allegany County; Classroom/Student Center Building at Frederick Community College, Frederick; and the Rockville Science Center at Montgomery College, Rockville.
