Project Summary
This contract consisted of renovations and repairs to existing school facilities ranging in size from 40,000 SF to over 200,000 SF. Work types include new classrooms, media centers, laboratory facility additions, cafeteria expansions, new entrance canopies, new plumbing and HVAC systems, elevators, and roof replacements. Assignments included Denton Community Quadrangle Improvements; Elkton Hall East Plaza Rehabilitation; Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology Drainage Evaluation; and Repairs to South Campus Dining Hall.
