Mike has 34 years of engineering, construction, and consulting expertise in federal and public markets. His extensive experience includes leading consulting, design, asset management, and planning services for large infrastructure programs worldwide. His clients have spanned North America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East and included work in the defense, healthcare, education, aviation and commercial sectors. Most recently he led ICF’s Homeland Security and National Resilience line of business, providing public sector clients with engineering, analytic and consulting services supporting cyber and physical resilience of the built environment.

Mike is a registered Professional Engineer and a Project Management Professional. He earned his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Citadel. Mike is a former U.S. Naval Aviator and is active in the Society of American Military Engineers.
