Project Summary
The Doral City Hall, part of Doral City’s new downtown plan, is a LEED Silver certified three-story 62,000 SF building placed on a 1.8-acre site with an adjacent three-story parking garage. The Doral City Hall contains a cultural arts facility on the first floor; staff offices for permits/zoning planning and hearings on the second floor; and council chambers with offices for elected officials, the city’s manager, human resources, and finance departments on the third floor.
