Project Summary
Alpha provided CMR services for this project that involved improving the HVAC system to the two pump houses at Havasupai Gardens. Work included removing existing rooftop HVAC units, curbing and existing supply air and return air grilles and ductwork; removing existing roof membrane and metal copings and flashings; installing new flashings and copings, and new roof membrane with sheathing and taper rigid insulation; installing new return air and supply air ductwork and grilles; installing and commissioning two new rooftop VAV-type air handling units with new curbs; and upgrading electrical power distribution system.
