Project Summary
Project involved the assessment and preparation of repair details for the existing historic structure built in the mid 1800’s. Structural repair was required of the mix lumber and timber floor system and additional support was required for the second story due to the heavy storage loading. A structural evaluation of the existing structure was performed and design documents were provided for the structural repairs.
