Project Summary
Shell Oil was implementing Primavera upgrades for its downstream business, moved the Martinez refinery up in priority for the P 4.1 to P6 upgrade because of their 160-million in turnaround work for 2009-2010. The enterprise system was redesigned to employ lessons learned from the previous two years. Active projects were recorded and imported into the new database to complete the upgrade in a six-week timeframe.
