Project Summary
The project involved one of the busiest intersections in the City of Newport News that of Warwick and J. Clyde Morris Boulevard. Administered by VDOT Hampton Roads District, the improvements were constructed in three phases comprising of the installation of a new storm drain system; installation of water and sewer utilities; widening the roadway; reconstruction and/or overlay of the existing roadway and side streets; turn lanes; and signalized intersections.
